Aurion_Emblem
I hook up the nunchuk properly I have a conspiracy theory that if you don't hook it up, it destroys the strap with vigor, because it doesn't hook up right
Florete
I hook it up because of that incident with my brother.

SwordsAreShiney
It depends which game I'm playing. Obviously I'm not gonna throw my Wiimote at the TV playing FE, for example. <_

鳴美
I put a cooler glove on my Wiimote. It be in the shape of the Wiimote, unlike the ones they give out. I use the wrist strap to grab my Wiimote, actually.
enigmaopoeia
The straps are still on my Wiimotes, but I rarely use them at all and they just dangle off. I only use them whenever I have a game that might require me to use more force [Like Mario Party 8, Zack & Wiki, and such.] and thus I wear the strap just in case. The jacket is huge in the front because then if it hits your TV it (hopefully) won't break it.
CGV
yes, keyword "hopefully". It will also "hopefully" no hurt you if you get hit by it on accident
Raven
It's pointless swinging the wiimote around so hard that it flies out of your hand and through the TV. Some lighter swings will do just as well, if not better. I don't use the strap. Only grannies who think they need to swing the wiimote round like a real tennis racket need the strap. 鳴美
The jacket is huge in the front because then if it hits your TV it (hopefully) won't break it. It's more of a grip than a 'Now you're free to throw your Wiimote at your TV.' Plus it looks cool.

kaonohiokala
I only use the strap on any game that actually requires moving the remote around. Not like FE10, where you use it as a controller.
Zephrion
Yeah, I always wear the strap, even when playing Fire Emblem. I guess it's part paranoia, and part not wanting to disobey the warning.
Gemini-Saga
Here the control is so Expensie that I'll put it in a Armor if I need to keep the controler Safe.
