Harrison Wells, from the 2014 Flash TV series. He's a very intriguing character. I mean, he's very gentle, fatherly, wise, and kind on one side (especially to The Flash and his allies), yet ruthless, manipulative, secretive, and dark on the other side (mainly to people who pose a threat to The Flash).
