(book) I like it quite a bit. It's an easier read than LotR, and I read it in grade school, before the LotR movies came out. (How many hipster points does that get me?) I enjoyed reading the Hobbit more, back then, I remember picking up LotR and getting bogged down, not going back to it, until years later. I like Luke was developing the most over the course of the story, Yuri for being pragmatic, and Jude for breaking the dumb protagonist cliche. I also have a special kinship with Jude for being a med student, although it bugs me that he's only 15 years old and in med school. It would have been better if they aged him a few years, to make it more believable. @ Ayama Wirdo, nice sig pic, but AsbelxRichard will always be my Graces OTP. I read it's created by a former Castlevania producer so it won't be my cup of tea, I guess. I could imagine to see canons which should work as ballistas. However it's the question how to rank them in a weapon triangle. The first part "shin" from "Shin Akuma," who is basically a more powerful version of Akuma that appears in Street Fighter games sometimes. It's also somewhat inspired by the various OP Shin/God characters that get made for MUGEN. The second is "pichu" which obv comes from the Pokemon Pichu. Pichu's appearance in Smash bros. Melee is generally considered the worst character in the game. So it's a combination of the names of a very strong character with a very weak character.
