I played the one on the PS2 that's simply called Shinobi back in February, but didn't beat it, despite being on the last level. I first played something on a Neo Geo machine back in 1999 on a vacation, and didn't know it was a Neo Geo at the time. I know there was Puzzle Bubble/Bust a Move.
