Becuase if so, then what the hell, FE 1's maps (and FE 2), are horrible.

They are fun to play though (If FE11 is as good as a recreation as it seems, and I've played FE2).

Feaw. It appears articule, detailed, it's not symmetrical, and looks like it would be very fun to play as, especially with pirates coming out of the water onto the stairs, or ballista pirate ships like that one chapter in FE8. =O

I think what he is trying to say is something along the lines of "You over complicate your maps so they appear more attractive and more impressive, therefore people like them more." I'm probably wrong though.

Also, I voted for LG cause it would be cool to fight my up that massive temple.

Yes to both points. That temple has some atmosphere to it. Maybe even a little literally.
