I think I already saw someone mention Blind Guardian, and several other notable power acts earlier, and your reaction tended to imply you prefer other genres... but Iced Earth. Perhaps not their best song, but there are so many to choose from. Also, more folk (because I think you may tend to lean that direction, though maybe black or melo-death are more your thing... hard to say yet.)
