You would need ASM (assembly hacking) which would mean going into the actual game's hard coded data, and changing it to show both Magic and weapons. Otherwise, you can use Xeld's patch, which makes Magic and Strength the same stat, or you can not try and do it at all, because ASM is the highest level of GBA FE hacking.
