While all the lances fit the restrictions and all seem moderately mediocre in design and use to match the C-Rank specification, Acey has by far the most original concept (though, how original can a lance get? Shaft, head, done.) Now, a while this is more of a glave than it is a lance, glaves can be generally considered an archetype for lances - furthermore, lance wielding foot soldiers in Radiant Dawn also swung their lances; a glaive would make this motion more effective than swinging a piercing weapon. tl;dr Most unique concept, well done, and the concept also favors practicalities.
