I also have a subscription to someone who DIDget legal permission from the show's owner to put Tokyo Underground on the web. I`d imagine that it would be extremely easy for Viacom to prove damages at this point, so it comes down to the fair use argument that Google will produce. If they can come up with a good one, then it will overturn, if not, oh well. All this considering, it doesn`t really take a dump on the constitution...Copyright is handled to by USC anyway. As long as Google doesn`t have the same flaw as Napster, they might actually pull this one out.
