Since Rickard isn't reclassed I'll take Linde too

Cord - Hey, a Knight with existent Speed growth!

Matthis - Archer's not a bad class for him. . .

Merric - Durable Swordmaster who will probably need Energy Drops.

Athena - Doesn't matter, as long as she hits level 20 as a Cleric and A in staves before Endgame.

Radd - Tank on a horse, and forever stays on a horse. WHEEE~!

Recruited Navarre, then used Jagen and the Altean Trio to quickly ferry the Killing Edge to Marth. Marth critblicked the boss on turn 7, which makes up for the earlier failure. Julian got some experience, and Cord went epic.

Chapter 5 - 5/36

Forged a +3 MT/-1 WT sword named Spica for Merric.

Was able to use the Wolfguard as bait in such a way that the majority of the enemies near the boss went for them. Merric recruited Wendell, who promptly died. Cord is awesome. Julian got a good level. Matthis wants 6x badly. That is all.

Chapter 6 - 12/48

I do not care that I took that many extra turns (even if this should've been 11, because Marth whiffed an entire turn's worth of hits against the boss). Everyone that's not Cord or Marth is made of paper, and Cord was busy walling the north. Marth slowly worked his way down, killing everything in sight. Merric hit thieves for experience, and Matthis poked where he could. Julian went thieving, and managed to get some potshots in against a staff thing. The only survivors of this massacre were my team, Jagen, and Sedgar (reclassed to General).

Chapter 6x - 20

Forged a +3 MT / +10 HIT bow for Matthis called Regulus.

This would've been a boss abuse chapter, but Julian didn't like the boss, and critted his face in. I had fun raising weapons levels, and OMG, Matthis gained Speed and Strength~!

Chapter 7 - 8/56

Marth couldn't 1RKO the boss, and Cord couldn't reach, so I had to take an extra turn. Matthis got some good experience smacking the flying things, and Julian and Merric squeezed in what they could. Athena got a few staff uses in, because Julian forgot how to dodge.

Chapter 8 - 6/62

Radd went shopping, then hit the arena, with Athena on standby. Everyone else rushed forward, but since Marth had to beat up the boss, it took an extra turn. Recruited Roger, because it's easier than killing him.

Chapter 9 - 5/67

Forged a +3 MT / +15 HIT sword for Radd called Polaris.

This chapter's difficulty mostly dealt with unit positioning around the boss. I used Caesar and a generic to distract three of the pirates, while the rest of my team was useful. Once I figured out how to position everyone (read: make the Hunter across the bridge stay put for a turn), I got Marth to the boss on turn 4, and seized on turn 5. Radd ate a Steel Bow critical, and lived to tell about it.

Chapter 11 - 11/86

Had to delay a bit because Marth was the only one that could kill the cav dude sitting on the throne. With his Steel Sword and manly defenses, Marth ate a critical from the Killer Bow dude and came out all right. I killed every single enemy on the map. Hooray for Draco!Jagen getting to Anna, and some generic who dodged Jake's arrow.

Chapter 12 - 11/97

Forged a +3 MT/-1 WT sword for Merric called Spica. I'm totally original.

I think that was my turn count? I did it last night, and I was tired.

That extra turn was a minor screw-up. Marth was godly enough to solo everything, so he did. I had to send Julian to get my Boots, which cost me two turns (as everyone else was otherwise occupied), then Marth was in a weird position on turn 10, so that cost me one more turn. I don't care, because I got some really nice levels out of it (especially from Radd).

Did my usual run of feeding Tomas kills so he can promote immediately. Things got super-hectic when a bunch of pirates swarmed, but my team pulled through somehow.

Chapter 14 - 8/110

Hopefully, this should be the last we see of wasted turns.

Because it took so long to do everything, I was able to snag all the treasure, as well as kill just about the entire map. Jake/Beck killed off the Fortify thing on Turn 1, and once the healing support is gone, everything else dies quickly. Beck showed his loyalty to Marth by hitting a Thunderbolt crit on Jiol.

Actually no. I want that Energy Drop.

Thank goodness for the tag team of Jake and Beck, because their sniping assistance kept my team alive. Astram wound up walling Gharnef for a turn, Palla picked up my Energy Drop, and Radd managed to double the wandering Bishop. I'll need some serious luck to pull off Chapter 16 in the minimum turn count, but I think it's doable (barely).

Chapter 16 - 7/123

Used the Energy Drop on Merric.

Totally didn't need to detour for Samson. YAY~!

Getting the first two turns down perfectly took me a while (I reset for things like horrid initial unit positioning and Beck missing his shot with a displayed 81%), but once I did, the rest wasn't as bad. Matthis was able to 2RKO the Horsemen with Sirius. Palla killed random things, and Midia did a good job of making herself bait so I could do better things with my units.

I didn't have my compy handy to update stats for Chapters 18 and 19.

Chapter 18 - 7/133

Would've been 6, but Radd couldn't double the boss, and Palla was off killing her sister.

Chapter 19 - 5/138

Due to the treasures I wanted, this chapter was pretty tough. Here's the list of loot I wanted:

Spirit Dust

Bullion

Seraph Robe

Speedwing

Both Master Seals

Every single Sphere

Astram got the Spirit Dust, then passed the Master Key to Midia, who ferried it over to Matthis, who got the Bullion. Merric got the Seraph Robe and Geosphere, and Julian got the Master Seal and Speedwing. Cord opened the door to the Sniper, hit on EP with a Javelin, then finished with a Silver Lance. Radd, Palla, and Marth made it to the boss, with Marth positioned in such a way that Palla could retrieve the Lightsphere from Storage, then beat up Tiki.

By the time everyone cooperated, the only thing I missed was the Starsphere. . .not that I'm complaining. Lightsphere and Geosphere are far more important, IMO.

Chapter 20 - 5/143

Promoted Merric and Matthis (the former was at level 20; the latter was at level 18).

There were numerous reasons why I reset on this chapter. Here's a few of them:

- Beck missed a 90% Thunderbolt

- Cord missed a 70% Ridersbane shot (this improved the minute I gave him the Lightsphere)

- Matthis ate a 3% critical

- My generic shield at a 6% critical, thus leaving Beck at the mercy of two Paladins

- Palla missed Lorenz with a 83% or so displayed

Once all of that nonsense was cleared up, I was able to do this chapter.

Chapter 21 - 3/146

Reasons why I restarted this chapter:

- Palla forgot how to dodge

- Cord was in the wrong place

- I forgot to give Midia the Member Card

- I moved Midia when I meant to move a generic

- Palla was a little short on Strength, and Radd was a little too far away to help

Once I got that straightened out, it was all better.

I'm gonna start in a little bit.

Chapter 1 - 6/6 turns

Marth charged first because no one else could ORKO pirates. Cain and Frey stripped and distracted pirates (and died), Jagen did the same but didn't die. Norne killed the first thief and that's pretty much all she did. Caeda sat on a fort and chugged one vulnerary. She grew strength but too bad, you're gonna be a cleric later. Didn't get Wrys but no one said I had to recruit all drafted units so hey. Prolly won't get Tiki either.

Chapter 2 - 5/5 turns

Marth killed the pirate and Barst cleared out the upper island. Barst grew speed gee_wiz_emoticon.gifY U NO grow str though Norne got one chip in and she's sitting at 1.70. Ogma, Bord, and Cord all died. I got myself 5000 gold from the village. Caeda killed a few pirates and wasted a vulnerary use to try to distract Castor from Marth, who had 2 HP left after killing the boss. Turns out that was unnecessary since he went for Ogma anyway.

Endgame - 4/168

Shoved enough Energy Drops and Speedwings down Radd's throat such that he maxed those two stats. Also gave him a bunch of Secret Books, Gradivus, and the Lightsphere.

Between the Geopshere and my ballista, Radd didn't encounter too much resistance on his way to Medeus. He critblicked his first hit, ending the game.

Final thoughts:

Marth - Is always awesome on Normal Mode

Cord - Well, that wasn't bad, but what a waste.

Julian - Forgot how to gain Strength.

Merric - Mercurius solves any Strength problems he has.

Matthis - Did really well, all things considered.

Athena - Meh. Did gain Magic at times, which helped.

Radd - Kinda slow in the beginning, but eventually remembered why he's the Red Skittle.

Jake - Hit hard. . .if he could hit at all.

Tomas - This isn't a bad class combo for him in SOYO.

Beck - Slightly weaker, but vastly more accurate.

Astram - This totally isn't his class.

Palla - Her Speed wasn't very impressive, but the rest of her stats were.

I'd give out an MVP, but I don't remember who'd get it.

Making steadfast progress, at chapter 12 now, and I don't care about turns here, I just want to get a feeling for FE11. And this is the way to do it.

Also on chapter 12 with the generics btw, and that's even worse.

I actually finished this like, a month ago but I forgot to log it. I don't even have my individual turns for each chapter, but whatever.

iirc, Marth was pretty damn good, Armor!Barst tanked the hell out of everything, Caeda grew mag a lot and was a decent staffbot, Wrys wasn't recruited, neither was Tiki because Bantu died when I tried to recruit him (and that took a huge toll on my turncount), Catria was amazing, Minerva was flying hammer and dat hauteclere killed things. Norne, goddamn. She was terrible. But then she hit Sniper and managed to not lag behind everything, but her stats still sucked and needed a drop to be decent. Hardin was alright as a mage, but it wasted his lance rank. He managed to kill things with a forged fire tome, +3 MT and +5 hit. Wendell's strength sucked monkey balls but his speed ensured him doubling forever and a levin sword upped his offense a bit. Xane was Xane, he mostly imitated Catria and Minerva since no one else was really worth copying.

They shared the gravidus uses along the last few maps, to heal themselves back up if needed.
