For those of you using Dolphin with this game...

Recommended Posts

Yeah, if you're trying to use these:

http://geckocodes.org/index.php?c=RFEE01

For Character specific codes, it got shifted in the RAM.

By an offset of +B880

For example, if you want:

Nolan 99EXP [Am3692]

00884E0F 00000063

You'll have to add +B880

For EXP specifically:

Nolan 99EXP [Am3692] [Dolphin Edition]

0089068F 00000063

Nolan: 8089068F

Laura: 80890A7F

Meg: 80890E6F

Etc.

Just for your info, the size of each character's info in the RAM is 0x3F0

Same thing with items... except:

-264B80 = Item Offset

80B5FE4B = Iron Sword Durability Wii

808fb2CB = Iron Sword Durability Dolphin

Like how these:

Provided by: Am3692+ShadowX39

Value:

Swords

80B5FDE0 - Bronze Sword

80B5FE30 - Iron Sword

80B5FE80 - Steel Sword

If you want the Iron Sword viewable in the RAM with all its attributes: 80B5FE4B - 264B80 = 808FB2CB

If you didn't know, using command prompt, you can run the debug version of dolphin with "Dolphin.exe /d" to use the memory viewer, though the game will run MUCH, MUCH slower.

I haven't messed around with this game in Dolphin, but I remember trying some codes for FE9 in Dolphin and I couldn't get them to work. I wasn't doing anything important so I didn't bother figuring out what was wrong.

Anyway, thanks for the info. It might be useful one day : )

Okay I'm completely lost -.-. So what exactly should the codes look like in their complete form etc.? Is it just "808FB2CB" or does that have something else added at the end. I've never played around with the cheats before. Also, how should I use the codes; because I keep having freezes and "clear code cache" and I have to re-download Dolphin and that again.

okay, i'm pretty n00bish at this kind of thing, so when you say "80B5FE4B - 264B80 = 808FB2CB" i'm completely lost. how am i adding or subtracting these offsets? or is there another thread or site that can help me understand how to change these gecko codes?

Is this for FE9 or FE10? Or does it apply to both. I'm confused because it seems to be about FE10 but it's in the FE9 section. Just thought I'd point that out.

That's weird. I remember posting this before the forum change on the Radiant Dawn section.
