But Cavaliers/Paladins? Check the TVTropes character page for the FE Series, scroll down to Cavalier->Paladin, and see why I think they're generic. There were only, like, 2 or 3 playable Heroes (reclassing aside) in Awakening. But Cavaliers/Paladins? How many FE13 characters start in the Cavalier class tree? Only three.
