Melodies are something that hip hop tends to lack, cause it's always an emphasis on the bass and drum kits (with some added effects here and there) which makes it a little bland at times. You should try experimenting with other drum kits (and maybe even a different rhythm?) cause you don't want to have all of your songs sounding the same. A good balance between melodies and drum kits is something you don't see very often it can be, though. i'm pretty sure motown philly from boys 2 men and the songs i've heard from lauryn hill are hip hop XD no its all rightits actually kinda cute ......crap. I guess it would've been insane overkill and harshness if I brought in his "fanbase" from this thread to aid me (at least with the hurting). I was insanely tempted to, but I won't go that extreme just yet. If it was Anacybele doing that, I wouldn't go to those depths since she's still a nice person.
