Ulki: UU Above. Just get to work on his strike level to have him do decent damage. Should get enough time for SS rank. Although, he is going to have serious problems without Tear activating towards the endgame. What's worse is that he won't be able to touch the last 3 bosses in the game. Yes. Because you cannot raise it faster with Discipline, or use Arms Scrolls on it. Useful for Part 4-1. With her wowing/wooing men, she will be a formidable advisary. Enemies have good speed here (usually 20 on Normal) is why that your accuracy is lower here than in most other chapters. Skirmir: Uber Other than to give him supplies of Olivi Grass to keep him transformed all battle long, he is otherwise a unit destroyer. With his 25+ crit skill in addition to the enemy AI ignoring him with his Stillness skill and having Lethality under his belt, he is worthy to be in this tier of course to give him Pavise(Strip it off of Tibarn)to make him even better.
