A simple Taunt without Wrap can shut it down completely as well. -.- And that's not all - it's also setup fodder, big time. Especially for Steel and Poison types, who don't care about Toxic. But...Articuno isn't bad as Sheer Cold+Hail gives it 100% accurate 0HKO. No need for Mind Reader. Although, you could also do this with a hacked "No Guard" Golurk.
