A bit of a random question, but how would one go about painting thin lines and small circles, that cover most of the body, on a G4 MLP doll?

Painting something like this for a custom job. With the said custom job involving thin lines. (Though if I were to do my own custom, I would want to use a real Celestia toy as the base for what I have in mind.) Edited by Just call me AL
