Like, if Effie A+ ranks Elise, she gets nothing new, since Rod Knight is already her secundary class. Also, Azura gives Sky Knight rather than Songstress and Mozu gives Archer rather than Villager. It's not optimal or anything but it's really fun. You only need to visit three villages. There's no difference between visiting 3 and 4 or 5 villages.
