Don't catch, whatever. - Once the balls are obtained in the beginning, the catching begins. - If have the same poke as first encounter, allowed one more look. - If pokes reach 0 HP, they are sent to the next dimension. - Nicknames are mandatory. Suggest if care. And with one step outside of the moving van of destiny, the journey began... The Starter: Got Treecko! Easily beat Poochyena! Nickname: Syril Got Potion from the guide. Painfully walk towards Brendan, surprising not run into any pokemon. Vs. Brendan: Barely win a attacking fest with Torchic with 2 HP. Syril levels up and gains Absorb. Blah blah blah, got balls from Brendan. Also the ability to run from Mommy. Route 101: Got Wurmple! Nickname: Rollin' Route 103: Got Zigzagoon! Nickname: Wooly brb grinding. Route 102: Got Wurmple! Nicknamed You Say. Youngster 1: 5 Poison stings later and it finally poisons. Too bad Rollin' couldn't win without Syril. Youngster 2:lol stop Howling Poochyena. Tailow almost killed Rollin'. Lass: Used a Potion on Rollin'. Uneventful Poison Stinging. Petalburg Town: Sold nugget and bought 5 Potions, 5 Antidotes. Route 104: Another Zigzagoon. Allowed one more look. ... same Zigzagoon... fine. Got Zigzagoon again! Nicknamed No Way. Wasted a Antidote to save her life. Kid on the beach: Two Hardens and Peck still does 1/4. Sigh. Rich boy: Full Restore at this point? Cheap ass. 7 more poison stings and still no poison. Petalburg Woods: Another Wurmple. Allowed one more look. Another Zigzagoon... ok. Got another Zigzagoon! Nicknamed Why You. Bug Catcher 1: 6 Wurmples... let the button mashing begin. *3 String shots and still can't outspeed Treeko. Also Rollin' evolves into Beautifly. Forgot String shot for Absorb. Why You picked up a Super Potion. Magma grunt: lol stop Howling Poochyena. *damn these one step encounters!* Other side of Route 104: Bullet Seed received. Didn't want to teach it yet. Lady: Ugh, stop having Full Restores this early! Twins: First double battle. Ganged up on Seedot, then Lotad. Rustburo City: Got Cut! Now, who should I teach it too? Wooly picked up a Rare Candy. Got Quick Claw! Nobody gets to hold it. Route 116: Got Taillow! Nicknamed Vander and sent to PC. Feisty one, since he criticaled both Syril and Rollin'! Went back and exchanged You Say for Vander. The Zigzagoon trio picked up 2 Full Restores, 3 Ultra Balls, bunch of Super Potions, a PP up, a nugget and 2 Rare Candys. Rustburo Gym: lol Rollin' died. 4x Rock weakness ftl. He almost killed Roxanne's Geodude too. Absorb fest. RIP Rollin': Lv. 3-15 Also, Syril evolved into Grovyle. Route 116: Wooly picked up another nugget. Trainers also lose. Rustburo Cave: Wild Whismur died. Oh well. On the march to the ship, I go on a Cutting frenzy with Why You. Skipping to the Granite Cave. Granite Cave: Wild Zubat died. Ugh. Might as well battle the gym now. Dewford Gym: You Say gets EXP so she can learn Flash instead of Syril. I'm Wing Attackin' everything. You Say evolves into Silcoon. Still cannot learn Flash. Dewford again: Why You! Why you kill Magikarp I fished up in Dewford? Route 106: Got Magikarp! Nicknamed OP. Swapped You Say out with OP. Gave OP the EXP Share. Route 109 Meh. Another Nugget from Why You. Slateport: Magma Grunt 1: No! Syril's burned! Wooly picked up a Rare Candy. That's all that's important. Route 110 and 103: Got Electrike! Nicknamed Lexi. Swapped Wooly out for Lexi. Pokefan: Lexi almost died against a Plusle. Beat up the Trick House for EXP. Not exactly easy when training two Pokemon at once. Another Nugget from No Way. Twins: Lexi was dying, so OP had to bail her out. Lightningrod kinda helped here. Fisherman: Magikarp's so weak, a Paralyzed Lexi at 5 HP could take it. Why You found another Nugget. Yuri Vs. Brendan Why you Splash Wailmer? Absorbed to death. Woah! Combustken almost killed Vander in one shot with Ember! Lexi Paralyzed Shroomish and gave enough time to heal up Vander. And then that's all that's of interest in this route. Mauvile: Geez, stop throwing your X items around. Picked up the Mach Bike. Acro is for losers. Wally: DOUBLE TEAM! CONFUSION! Route 117,118,111: *insert trainer battles here* OP and Vander evolved, too. The gym looks a bit too tough at the moment, so I think I'll grind a little... The reason why I overleveled. Paralyze is a hax status. Fiery Path: Got Torkoal! Nicknamed Rion. Went back to swap out No Way with Rion. Route 111: Oh, Lexi evolved. Sweet. Route 113: Spinda... Nicknamed Haly. Route 114: Got Seedot! Nicknamed Buzrocks. Meteor Falls: Got Solrock! Nicknamed Full. Taking the Rustburo Cave back, so I can get Strength. Mt.Chimney: Meh. Jagged Path: Got Numel! Norman: Rion Cursed up 6 times, Protecting on Slaking's second turns. Still, Body Slam only did about 2/3s. Winoana: Altaria got Ice Beamed by OP. Tate & Liza: Underestimated them. Syril and OP weren't able to kill off Lunatone in one turn. Flamethrower in sun plus a burn almost killed Syril, so switched him out for Rion. A double Psychic killed Rion. Victory Road: Vander was emo and kept hurting himself in confusion. Then Sableye finished him off with a critical. RIP Vander Lvl 5-43 Left Victory Road to put my friend to rest. Sidney: Syril was the only one who got hurt. Not too hard. Phoebe: Stupid Dusclops ruined Dusk's sweep with a Curse. OP beat the second Dusclops, with much difficulty from confusion. Glacia: Lexi took care of the Sealeos and Beefcake took out a Glalie. I didn't think Blizzard can miss in Hail in this game, 'cause Walrein missed. Drake: Lenni battled the Shelgon. OP takes care of the rest with Ice Beam. Champion Steven: Skarmory is cooked by Flamethrower from Lenni, Aggron is Brick Breaked to death by Beefcake. Left Beefcake in on Armaldo, but switched over to OP to finish it off. Syril beats down the Claydol, but not before it uses Reflect. Cradily dies to a critical Eruption from Lenni. Epic duel between OP and Metagross begins. Survived the Hyper Beams and Earthquaked it to death. HALL OF FAME: Lenni the Camerupt. Lv. 19-56 OP the Gyarados. Lv. 7-56 Lexi the Manectric Lv. 12-55 Dusk the Absol. Lv. 25-55 Syril the Sceptile. Lv. 5-55 Beefcake the Hariyama. Lv. 40-55 But never forget... Rollin' the Beautifly Lv. 3-15 Defeated by Roxanne's Geodude. Rion the Torkoal Lv. 15-39 Defeated by Tate & Liza's double Psychic attack.
