You can have a DracoKnight stand just outside of the Sniper's range and then charge at the Bishop. EDIT: PKL beat me to the kick. The snipers won't agro until you attack one of them or the bishop. So as long as you have someone who can ORKO the bishop and then finish the chapter, it's not a problem.
