Best-case scenario, we get the announcement tomorrow night or early Thursday morning, and the release a week later, for a simple one-week delay. It's almost certain there's going to be at least one more DLC, since the Light versus Dark series is missing a Decisive Battle episode, we're missing a 5 star map and Ike has yet to appear. At the moment, there are 11 redesigned DLC characters and the number 12 seems to be key (eg. 12 SpotPass teams), so it would be neat if they stopped at 12. However, there's the issue of characters like Eliwood and Sigurd who deserve a DLC spot, since they are the main characters as designated by SpotPass and maybe Hector as well. Othin Posted July 17, 2012 Share Posted July 17, 2012 Elincia is on the FE9 team, and no, you're not missing anyone. LvD3 has to be Ike; there's no other possibility. The delay is simply because otherwise his announcement would be at the same time as Paris's release, and with Paris being in some ways another redesigned Ike, it would have seemed redundant, so they decided to space it out. If they had more DLC they were going to release, they would've announced it instead, but they didn't. Furthermore, there's an important pattern to observe: they've never released a character as DLC after releasing them as SpotPass, which makes sense: why make the free version available before the paid one? And the timing of the SpotPass releases seems timed to facilitate this, starting with Sigurd's team, the only one to not have a DLC character, and continuing with the teams of the first releases, delaying other teams such as FE7 until the perfect time. The thing is, this indicates they're just about out of DLC: out of the main characters featured in Spirit Talisman, only Ike and Sothe have not yet been released as either SpotPass or DLC.
