Non-Existent Member Posted July 26, 2012 Posted July 26, 2012 The only rare items I got were Knight Proof and Sage Proof. I tried to get another items like Dragon Flute, Mov Plus, etc. but no luck. So I just moved on the next map.

So I just moved on the next map. I've never found the Dragon Flute either. I'm beginning to think that the item location on the 1st floor of Morse Tower is an error. I dunno.
PuffPuff Posted July 29, 2012 Author Posted July 29, 2012 Look here if u understand Japanese. The Dragon Flute is indeed found in Morse Tower 1st Floor bottom right chest. Looking here, I've just found out that you can obtain the flute with a 1% chance. Same applies to any of the Plus Potions, etc. http://www.pegasusknight.com/mb/ts1/dt_randitem.html

PuffPuff Posted August 5, 2012 Author Posted August 5, 2012 Just found the Dragon Flute in this run. =D It's too bad that it is hard to get fliers promoted in this game since their promotional items are incredibly rare. -.- (Have to use 2 Super Proofs on them if you can't get them the Draco Flute. As with the Flute, a LV20's promotion can get them to level 40. Yay! No Super Proofs. =) Getting the flute in Map 10/Morse Tower can get you a LV40 Draco before you begin Map 31. As the other one won't get you one until you get it by the time that the optional quests are over. And like my last run I've also found the Moonlight tome, but no Steller Sword. Even though I've fought 100's of Black Golems while getting the rare items in the random chests. Items that I've obtained in this run... Mermel Caves -Meteor Ilia Caves (S) -Wisdom Proof (Sage Proof) Jap writings "Testimony Of The Saints" Ilia Caves (N) -Skill Plus Morse Tower 1F -Dragon Flute -Sol Sword 2F -Gargoyle Wand -Master Sword -Agi Plus 3F -Tornado x2 -Master Lance 4F Nothing 5F -Harpy Wand No luck getting the Mag Plus in Morse Tower and the Mov Plus in random encounters. But got the Flute and Moonlight tome. I guess luck just works in different ways in your runs.
