PuffPuff Posted August 7, 2012 Share Posted August 7, 2012 (edited) WTF Why is it that sometimes when you attack him you either have less than a 15% chance of hitting him, or very likely a 0% chance. It seems to happen every other turn. Just battled him just now and... ..Do you know the Skill, or ability that gives him 0% chance of getting hit? I've heard of no such skill that can do that.
