Model Emu
Yeah, I can't believe I had the number one points scorer and it wasn't Aaron Rodgers.
Helios
Yeah who expected Matt Ryan to get 31 points and RGIII to get 24? Then Fred Jackson gets injured in the beginning of the Bills game and CJ Spiller decides to drop 22 points like it's nothing. Akers somehow got 16 points...as a kicker?! None of the "elite" wide receivers except Andre Johnson performed to their expected level (though Megatron's 11 points weren't bad, Fitz, Cruz, and White off the top of my head all got less than 10 points). There's a lot more that I'm missing, but it was overall a weird week.
Model Emu
Goddamn Kevin Ogletree BTW didn't you drop Spiller? Edited September 11, 2012 by Model Emu
Helios
Yeah for Rashad Jennings who ended up failing miserably. I honestly thought that Jackson would get the bulk of the carries and have the offense centered around him since last year he was key to their temporary success, and Spiller wouldn't get as much play time. On the other hand MJD is coming off a big holdout and probably won't do well for a while, and Rashad Jennings is a talented back who the organization likes a lot. Yeah I was wrong haha. nflchamp
Yeah I got eight points from my WR total. Terrible week for fantasy as far as WRs go.
nflchamp
4 points from Finley + Cobb tonight. This is terrible.
Helios
I think Mason Crosby, the Packers kicker, has outscored every Packers player
nflchamp
I think Mason Crosby, the Packers kicker, has outscored every Packers player Not the Packers defense, if you count that as a "player". They scored 21. Otherwise, yeah, Crosby's 14 points was the best in the game.
Model Emu
10 points from Rodgers, 7 from Forte, 8 from Nelson. Fairly certain I am boned this week.
Helios
At least you didn't have Brandon Marshall though right? Who would have expected a 15 point drop this week?

nflchamp
Andre Brown is that guy that, if this wasn't a six team league, I might have picked up.
Helios
The fact that this league is so shallow makes it hard to pick up sleepers

nflchamp
As per usual, when my team does terrible I win the game. Why can't I ever get wins when my team does well? Model Emu
I went with my gut and it fucked me. One damn point from Brown. The Giants for the first in like the last five years don't go with the hot player.

Helios
49ers with 31 points...is that the most for a defense EVER?
nflchamp
49ers with 31 points...is that the most for a defense EVER? For the record, the 49ers Defense is down to 27 points after ESPN removed two fumble recoveries. On that note, ESPN has more stat corrections then there should be. Their fantasy tracker is really bad, especially with fumbles.
Helios
I ain't even mad though...you don't expect 27 points out of anyone, especially a defense.
