Strunk
First, some background. I started a poll a while back, asking the community to list five characters. It sort of evolved into a "Pick My Unit" topic, and I ended up agreeing to do a challenge run using just those five characters. If you are wondering who they picked, the names were, in order, Fiona, Sain, Rebecca, Florina, and Renault. Now, for the fun part! [spoiler=Chapter Eleven] We already know all of this... I'll skip ahead a bit. Who are you? Are you the town drunk? You look like the town drunk. He'll just spend it on booze. I wouldn't bother. Groznyi better watch out, or they'll take his drinking money! I don't see any girl... Oh, I apologize. I didn't see you inside Lowen's horse. Well, they are bandits, after all. Kind of ironic, considering they won't actually be doing anything. You realize we can't beat the chapter without her, right? Aren't I always? Step one : Get rid of weapons and stand by bad guys. Step two : Shoot everything that moves! I don't care about a single thing you're going to say! Dorcas agrees. While you may be useless to me, that ring looks pretty nice. Dorcas visits the village, and... Stat boosters! Stat boosters for everyone! Of course, by everyone, I mean Rebecca. Nice! Strength! Great job! Rebecca takes a break from killing bandits to try on her new ring. Rebecca tries to figure out how to use a shield and a bow together. Battle formation! No strength, but everything you got still helps! You managed to get the exact same level up, but better! You're looking very good right now. All that's left is the boss. Rebecca can take this guy! She can finally double something! This would have been helpful earlier, but I'm not going to complain! So the town drunk is the bandit's leader? That must be why they sucked so much; they were all drunk! Rebecca does not like being called a child. Strunk
First off, let me apologize if this does not seem as entertaining as the first chapter. I will try harder on chapter three. Second, Rebecca is amazing. I may be falling in love. [spoiler=Chapter Twelve] What the hell? Why is our group called "Eliwood and company"? He barely does anything. Were you paying any attention at all to the introduction? Let me guess. You're going to throw a bunch of random mooks at us and- Called it. Meanwhile, back with the characters that actually matter... Just keep thinking that. Note to self : When trying to act innocent, don't laugh evilly. Marcus doesn't buy it either. I think somebody got their orders mixed up. Yeah, everybody get ready to go half of a map backwards! That'll show them! To start this chapter off, Marcus visits the village. Yet another stat booster! Not that Rebecca will have any problems with skill. Next, the useless axemen take a relaxing stroll through the fields. Rebecca shoots a bandit... And levels up! This should help. Next turn, more useless people show up. Another good level! Simply amazing. Oh crap. Marcus buys some bows for Rebecca. Yet another good level up! It's like she's incapable of not being awesome. Rebecca takes out the last enemy and hits level ten. Also, holy crap. Why are you worn out? You took out one guy. Maybe you should wear lighter armor. Deal with it. I wish I could kill you off. He doesn't have to look so smug about it. Edited September 13, 2012 by Strunk
ZemZem
Based Rebecca? BASED REBECCA. Every level up for her was amazing. That's just...whoa.
Strunk
I know right? On the last few levels, I was just staring at the screen, a cheesy grin on my face. I have never been this lucky with any character before. Now watch, every level she gets from here on will be horrible.

Strunk
Here is today's chapter. Rebecca for best character in the game. No, seriously. [spoiler=Chapter Thirteen] Lies. So we went from "Eliwood and company" to "Eliwood"? What a rip off. Aren't you the one that's supposed to be the master here? I think that could have something to do with it. He lied. Those weaklings couldn't scare a groundhog. He didn't take any damage. At all. Note to self : Never say you're going to betray the bad guy right in front of said bad guy. Case in point. Says Captain Obvious. Now, here's a bad guy that knows how to be hammy. Laugh evilly before you even get on-screen! Alright, you get one line to prove you're cooler than all of the other bosses. Make it count. Actually, that wasn't half bad. Rebecca takes out the first few enemies, and gains a weapon level in the process. Villages are awesome. Recruited Guy so that Sain can use his sword later on. More bows for Rebecca. Levels this chapter. Rebecca is too awesome for Hector to understand. Should I do it? Strunk
This chapter was kind of short, so I didn't get many screenshots this time around. I'm sure the next chapter will have more. By the way, this is the first time I did anything like this, so, if you see any ways I could improve this little thing we have going here, feel free to point them out. I didn't bother going for the village, I probably wouldn't have made it, and I don't really need the money. Rebecca hit A Rank in Bows, although I didn't notice when it happened. I'll take a screenshot next chapter. Also, everybody is still alive at the moment, although Bartre tried really hard not to be. Before we get to the fun part, I feel I should ask. Would you prefer if I did or did not use Merlinus? [spoiler=Chapter 13x] Well, here goes nothing. Thank god, we finally get to rest without worrying about people trying to kill us. No... I was trying to sleep. We're not the only people that can use weapons. Let somebody else handle it for a change. No. Does anybody ever listen to me... Just one level up this time around, but it's a good one. That's what you get for disturbing my sleep! Don't care. He says to the guy keeping him alive... And so yet another useless person joined our party.
Hawk King
On one hand you wont be able to protect Merlinus very well. On the other, you will need to drop any extra items you get if he isnt deployed. Its up to you. If you think you want him bring him.
Komeiji Koishi
No Merlinus. Make it Fe9-10 style.

Strunk
I didn't think it was fair to my fans (do I even have any of those) to leave you with only that short chapter from earlier, so I decided to show you the next chapter a bit early. [spoiler=Chapter 14] Either they're talking about Eliwood, or Rebecca's been hiding something. Well, that depends. By "all for naught", do you mean "Oh god, we're all going to die!"? If so, then yes. Yes it is. Yeah, Ephidel's in absolutely no danger here. You, on the other hand... Plot twist : You'll be dead in five chapters. And nobody will care. What are you talking about? All I see are trees. Perfect response. What have we been doing all this time? Playing football? You can go stand in the corner while Rebecca takes care of everything, like a real man. Red = NOT FRIENDLY Kay, can we kill him now? Yay, we get to kill him! There's only so much I can do with only one character... don't judge me! How many chapters is it until I can promote her, again...? A Rank in Bows!
Jave
Becky is getting Str on every level up! WHAT IN THE WORLD
I don't play for turns
+2 HP, +7 str, +3 skl, +3 spd, +4 lck, +3 def, +3 res. They're all in the size font equal to their numerical value. I think those might be literally the best non-promoted stats I've ever seen in this game. I might be wrong, but it's definitely up there. Strunk
We finally got more people that I can actually use. Just in time, too. Rebecca hit 20, so she'll be sitting it out for a while, unfortunately. Florina and Sain need time to grow, too, after all. I managed to save both villages this time around, and nobody got killed. This chapter was actually pretty easy, once Sain started putting that Horseslayer to good use. [spoiler=Chapter 15] This is going to turn into another big problem, isn't it? Darn. How many times do we have to take out an army several times bigger than us before people stop saying that? How many times do we have to take out an army several times bigger than us before people stop saying that? Rebecca's final levels as an archer. She did not disappoint. Florina. All in all, she did pretty good. Sain. His levels started pretty bad, especially compared to Rebecca, not that it's any fair to compare anyone to Rebecca, but he picked up later, and no matter what, he'll turn out good, so I'm not worried. By the way, that Skill Book I got a while back? I've still got it. Is there anybody specific you'd like me to use it on? Edited September 16, 2012 by Strunk
Komeiji Koishi
ATM, Sain looks like he can get the most out of it, compared to Florina
I don't play for turns
Give it to Rebecca, so she'll have capped 3 stats! No, use it on Sain. congrats, by the way, on having a Sain with a similar speed-level ratio as all of mine. And by that, I mean good luck.
Strunk
Alright, I'll give it to Sain. While I'm here, I have another question. Should I do supports this run? Only the characters I can use, of course. Sain can support with Rebecca or Fiora, while Florina can only support with her sister. Renault... doesn't get anybody. I can do : Sain/Rebecca A, Florina/Fiora A, and Sain/Fiora B or I could go with : Sain/Fiora A with Sain/Rebecca B and Florina/Fiora B or I could just skip using supports altogether. Any preferences? Komeiji Koishi
1st support option Edited September 16, 2012 by Lieutenant Colonel Kalas
Hawk King
Yeah, 1st support option. Although dont go completely out of your way to glue them to eachother. Bummer on Flo's and Sain's LV ups. After Becky's massive blessings it looks like karma is gonna give you the middle finger.
