Not knowing if anyone would attack the one named Rhea, Leon prepares himself for stabbing Rhea from behind. He motions his eyes towards Rhea, hoping someone would get the hint.

Izdihar turns and takes a mighty swing at Kwynn and hits despite getting a one on the roll (so it was actually an auto-hit in the first place and the roll was pointless). Kwynn should now have 9 HP.

Holy shit his bowels are going mad.

Dolph roars. "COME TO PAPA!"

"I don't know what that means in the cont- aargh!" Zacke's attempt to talk is halted when Dolph runs him through, dealing out a somehow non-fatal 10 damage.

RADGAR

Radgar manages to blindside Zacke, and finishes the job where Dolph started it. He hacks the bandit to pieces.

Waking up from her asleep, Angeline was assaulted by a sudden rush of noise to her ears. Well that can't be any sort of good, can it? she thought, but more importantly she quickly gathered her bearings which equated to a stumbling around where she stood for a few moments before taking a deep breath... and then charging at the first violent thing she registered as not an ally, Talbot. Grasping her sword, the feel of battle rushed back into her as she whirled it about once before slamming it into the man with a loud grunt.

Auto hit for 8 damage on Talbot.

The mercenary grunts, sidesteps past Angeline to swing at Leon, but the rogue ducks under the swing.

Delves melted back a bit into the shadows, taking out his throwing knives.

Watching Talbot swing innefectually at Leon, Ibn pads up behind the mercenary, grabbing him from behind and slitting his throat.

Twice.

Talbot dies (twice).

[Komeiji Koishi]

Feeling grateful(-ish) of Ibn killing the one who failed at attacking him, Leon decides to defeat the last person of the group of bandits.

Leon attacks Kwynn thrice for a total damage of 11, killing him and ending the battle.

2 auto hits for 4 damage each.

12+4=16-8=8, Hit for 3 damage.

8 hp-11damage=-3 hp. Assuming this game doesn't have zombies, Kwynn is down for the count.

"Hah, there... that was the last of them," he said while breathing somewhat heavily.

[Parrhesia]

The guard bowman sighs in relief before dropping to the ground, clutching his wounds. The larger of the other guards heads over to bind his wounds, and the tall, lean one gives a short, sharp inclination of the head. "We thank you for your help. Damned brigands fell upon us like wolves on a stag." He spits. "My name's Radgar. My compatriots are Rodolf and Dolph. ... There were four others."

"RADGAR! HOW DARE YOU LET THIS HAPPEN?!"

An opulently-clad merchant waddles out of hiding in a nearby bush to see the wrecked, partially on fire wagon, and moans at the sight.

"Well, I dunno, maybe if you hadn't been a stingy cunt and had hired more than seven men..." Radgar gives you a sideways glance. "Anyway, as it stood it took a damned miracle for any of us to survive. I am certain that you will reward our saviours richly."

Radgar's tone indicated that there was no choice involved. The merchant spat. "I suppose someone has to take the wages for the dead men. Here, I paid in advance because of this gouger... you can take it off their corpses."

As he waddles off to bemoan the state of his wagon some more, Radgar is wearing the look of someone deeply tempted to cut off someone's limbs. "Take them," he says, without turning his head. "I'll... bury them when you're done. And thanks again. If I can ever repay you, I will."

The mercenary gives a short, sharp salute, then turns to inspect the damage, which appears to be total. Rodolf appears gravely wounded, but like as not he'll pull through.

Leon was about to ask Bilbo to heal him when he saw Bilbo collapse. Instead of being annoyed, Leon decided to ask him later, as he thought that he deserved a *small* bit of rest.

'Just this once, and only because everyone survived. Hmm, where's that other guy who appeared during the fight?' Leon then started looking for him, unsure if he would find the rogue who had helped them.
