Espinosa
Low Kick is just a bad move, really. Elekid starts with it and tell me how many times it is actually the best option against anything.
Anouleth
Low Kick is just a bad move, really. Elekid starts with it and tell me how many times it is actually the best option against anything. It's a pretty poor move in earlygame, since it's weak against Burgh, Roxie, and Skyla, and because unpromoted pokemon tend to have low weight anyway. Yeah, even Rock Smash is better on Elekid earlygame since weight is generally low. Even if we speak of endgame, what's heavy? Stuff like Golurk who are immune to fighting-type moves. Grimsley is the dark-type specialist on whom Low Kick would seem like a good idea, especially if used by Electrivire's humongous physical attack stat, but let's have a look at how much BP Low Kick has against his folks: Liepard - 60 Scrafty - 60 Krookodile - 80 Absol - 60 Bisharp - 80 Pretty unimpressive base power here as we can see, only easily OHKOing Bisharp with his 4x weakness to fighting, and for Krookodile (who does run Intimidate and threaten with Earthquake) Ice Punch would so similar super-effective physical damage. It's probably best to tutor your Elekid Ice Punch and just get rid of Low Kick altogether ASAP when new good moves come up. Its only use is OHKOing Cryogonal, I guess, who does reappear in battles against a certain storyline trainer. I actually think that a special Electabuzz would be best, with Eviolite to fix defences, Charge Beam for setting up, as well as Thunderbolt, Signal Beam and Psychic. Covers lots of trainers in the E4. 'buzz is actually faster than 'vire and the high phys attack the latter has isn't put to good use outside of elemental punching, since you never get EQ or Brick Break until the game is over. Eviolite 'buzz is also bulkier.
Ema Skye
Yeah, Low Kick is pretty bad early game, and it is pretty redundant with Rock Tomb and Dig. Crunch covers Claydol's family, who resist EdgeQuake. When I wrote it last night, I did forget which tutor Superpower came from (I was thinking Driftveil, which would've been cool since you get the 10 free shards). I don't think it's worth changing the score though.
SgtSmilies
However, it's attack stat really starts to falter lategame (base 105), How is 105 faltering? It's pretty great, not many pokemon can boast that kind of attack.
nano
I feel like the levels assumed on these pokes are a bit low. If you use the lucky egg liberally you should constantly have 5 levels higher than if you don't. It's not like you need any other items, since higher level = more offense and bulk. You also never run out of money to buy moomoo milks. When I beat the champion my squad of 6 had about level 65 across the board, and all of them are raised from fairly low levels. This is of course without any grinding, I just beat all the trainers I came across. This means getting key moves earlier as well. For example Krookodile can sweep Drayden with ease through outrage. Volcarona also gets the crucial quiver dance to shred through all four elites and can handle the champion easily as well. Good work, keep it up! Only 83 more to go. Drayden is the 7th gym leader and his prized Haxorus is L52 on Challenge Mode. Krookodile needs to be L60 at least to have Outrage by that point, which seems unlikely. Anouleth
I would think that quite a lot of pokemon can "sweep Drayden with ease" at level 60.

Sorry about that...

I'd say assuming a constant 5 level advantage is a bit much. Also, Quiver Dance isn't learned until level 59. And note that Volcarona's in the slow experience group... Samias
I can see Krookodile having Outrage partway through the Elite 4 and Earthquake in the middle of the Plasma Frigate, honestly. His attack means even his neutral EQ hits hard. So while I think the level assumption IS a little low, expecting to have Outrage for Drayden is a little ridiculous. Having Outrage for Iris is a lot more plausible, but not guaranteed. However, I felt Krokorok actually had some decent physical bulk with Intimidate + Eviolite. Most neutral hits struggled to even take off a quarter of his HP, while Krokorok had a much easier time KOing back with STAB Dig or Crunch. Espinosa
Intimidate is by no means the worst ability to have, but what Krookodile really wants is Moxie.

And note that Volcarona's in the slow experience group... Well, I do speak from experience here. I had a squad of Samurott, Lucario, Magnezone, Krookodile, Zoroark and Volcarona. I managed to get Quiver Dance at the same time as I pick up flamethrower, which was way before the E4. You can also see that my squad members were pretty much all raised from low levels, and I escaped from almost all random encounters. Samurott was left alone after level 52 or so, the other 5 managed to all get to around 65 by the end.
