Illinois has a city called Effingham *wonders if people get this or not* 2. Once when my dad was playing music when we were on a highway, the song said "Oh yeah!" and at the same time, there was an advertisement that said "Oh yeah!" 3. Illinois also has a town called Normal ... I'm sure there's more, but I can't remember them all. I'll just get more later... Anybody get something very funny?
