FE8 custom CGs?

Is there any documentation about them?

If not, does anyone have any clue how to make a custom CG working in FE8?

Apart from disassembling the chapters and seeing the data which load the graphic, I don't have a clue on how to do it.

i suppose you could directly stream the uncompressed graphic data into VRAM with a custom asm routine

(hint: don't do this unless you're savvy)
