She's as of level 19: 13 STR, 14 DEF, 1 RES, SPD & LCK capped at 20 Also, level 5 falcoknight Palla caps STR at 24 & SKL at 26; are max caps that low in FE12? Also Dracoknight is better due to better defenses and axes. This isn't always true. Dracoknight is a better option for Caeda for sure. But having at least 1 Falcoknight helps, because their spd cap does help in certain situations, mainly in some maps of higher difficulties.
