You need to SUMMON the recent team in the latest set to the world map, only then the 24h countdown will start. So make sure you summoned him/her... Ex : I got Lute at 15:00 PM. Summoned her then at 15:00 PM of the next day i got L'Arachel, but i only played the game and summoned her at like 19:00 PM, so i only got Ephraim at 19:00 PM of the next day.
