Drafting:

1. This draft is for 4 players. Each player will get 7 units.

2. Chrom, Avatar, Frederick, Olivia and Donnel are free for all to use.

3. The game will be played on Classic Hard Mode.

4. The last round of drafting is reversed.

Rules:

1. Undrafted units may: pair up with undrafted units.

2. Undrafted units may not do anything not listed above, including but not limited to: pairing up with drafted units, meatshielding, healing and supporting with drafted units.

3. NPC units may do as they please without penalty.

4. Paralouges 1-4 and 17 must be visited and count for turns. Paralouges for your drafted children characters are optional and are free to 10 turns.

5. Skirmishes cannot be entered.

6. Map shopping is allowed, excluding items sold from Anna Merchant shops.

7. Use of items obtained from event tiles is banned and said items must be dropped.

8. Use of DLC, Spotpass, Renown and Barracks is strictly prohibited.

Other:

1. Rescue may not be used on Olivia or any unit paired up with Olivia.

2. Forging is allowed, but is restricted to +3 MT / +15 Hit / +0 Crit.

3. Mothers are drafted with their children and are drafted first, alongside Inigo and Morgan.

4. Paralogues 1-3 must be visited before Ch.9 at the latest. Paralogue 17 must be visited before Ch.23 at the latest.

5. Use of the Galeforce skill is banned.

Penalties:

1. Undrafted units performing any disallowed action is worth a penalty of 4 turns,

2. Undrafted units pairing up for drafted units is worth a penalty of 20 turns instead.

Exceptions:

1. Ricken and Maribelle are free for Ch.5.

2. Nowi and Gregor are free for Ch.8

3. Undrafted Sumia, Sully and Maribelle may be killed off to avoid pairing with Chrom.

I don't think the rescue thing for olivia will change much to stop the rescue spamming.

Man, you didnt heed my warning about Sumia being even better with no free paralogues :/. Now its even more gg once she gets picked. Not in btw, was gonna join until I saw that. Also, the rescue spam to train in Paralogues will still happen in this ruleset. You haven't stopped anything. Rescue chains still happen in this ruleset. Rescue spam to train staffbots wont be stopped unless u ban buyable rescue. Which shouldnt happen. Because, again, what's the issue with staffbots being able to train like that? It's a flaw in the game that makes staffbots a better, viable pick and isnt as broken as you all seem to think. We should tackle the things that are really an issue, like avatar. Avatar exisiting as a flier is enough to eclipse everyone except a few draft picks.

EDIT#2: Also, the way I'd bypass your rule for rescue is: Rescuer#1 rescues random someone, maybe the other rescuer. Olivia dances for rescuer#1. Rescuer#1 rescues Rescuer#2. Rescuer#2 rescues Flier. gg

Yeah those are all things I thought of as well. As I had said it's not gonna stop rescue at all.
