Google might help slightly, and there's a few nice things in DeviantArt, but the best stuff lurks in Pixiv. Which is Japanese. Japan is the best at everything. Just check the sources and most of it is from Pixiv. I imagine the people who find good fanart comb Pixiv every day for new finds.
