FLYINGDAVEno2 Posted March 7, 2013 Share Posted March 7, 2013 Just a couple of questions about Armshift. 1) Do modifiers to luck from things such as All Stats +2 and Pair Up count towards its activation? 2) I am assuming that this isn't the case but, since it doesn't activate the same way as other skills can it activate for the back up unit in a Dual Strike?
