It's supposed to be the DLC you take on when every character you have has maxed out stats as well as the right weapons and skillsets. Sounds like "Final" to me. well, that really doesn't mean anything, since the DLC are hardly linear. they could totally do another Bonds set if they felt like it, or maybe make some DLC to expand on certain characters' back stories. you know, pretty much junk like that. i still see it as unlikely, though. just ol' me asking questions.
