To make a hack of a Pokémon game that has both Kanto and Hoenn in it?

Sort of like patching FR/LG together with R/S/E.

Just curious.

I've always dreamed of having a game with more than one region.

Oh wait, that's G/S/C and HG/SS.

If you can fit all the maps and events in, it's fair game. I'm sure there's a way to get badges to display but I wouldn't know off the top of my head.

You should be able to import maps between FR and Emerald, see a few of the posts here: http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=290336.

I think the scripts would need some changes to work in a right way. Here are tuturials and tools for pokemon hacking:

Man, I gotta learn how to hack...

I'd love to re-make a Pokemon game.

Something like Pokeshin, probably. (/is inspired by Pokeshin, as strange as that may sound.)

Actually, I'll try sometime during the summer, maybe.

i think it ha been done though itd be easier to hack hg/ss/s/c/g

oh and to do it you would need to expand the rom
