And he can chip. So for pairings I'm thinking Chrom X Sumia(duh), MirielXLon'qu(I need a mage, and I need a good early game carry), and Vaike X Cordelia(underrated pairing). This isn't a log but I'll post some thoughts here and there. WHOOPS I MEANT LUNATIC+. Can I edit topic titles? Also its Lunatic+ Casual. 1% critted Posted September 1, 2013 Author Share Posted September 1, 2013 I'm on chapter 2 already. Chrom is level 5 and has 15 defense with a Fred pair up and 17 on a fort. I'd say as long as Avatar doesn't pass your lowest "trained unit" in terms of levels it should be fair. Edit: Is this no grind? Is Casual so that you could just brute force your way through Ch2? Yes, and also because chapter 3. Funny, how in casual I could beat the death gauntlet (chapters 1-6) in like 2 hours. But I'm having trouble in chapter 12, without avatar as team carry, I have trouble killing the pallys, I have a beast killer on Sumia, but the beastkiller Pally also one shots her. Valm arc is really painful in L+. That's where I slow down. Yeah, I definitely agree from experience that Ch.12 is where a well-trained Avatar starts to become a necessity (in no grind Luna+).
