Judge Judy
That's a good idea. May I inform you once I've reached the final endgame? Yeah sure
Caliban of Sycorax
I'd use Kurthnaga because you have to use him anyway.
Metal Rabbit
You have to bring him along, but you don't have to USE him at all. His advantage is that he can hit daddy without being hit back. THe only way for him to die on that chapter is if he takes massive damage from the AOE attack. But kurth is a pain to raise, and even with formshift he can still easily be doubled unless you abuse the crap out of him.
xanatha
I didn't know that Kurthnaga had that kind of advange against his father. I don't think I've ever really used him, and I don't thing I'll do it this time either.
sandmanccl
Wait, why would you have to cut any of those people from your end group? You get to take 10 people and you only listed 11, one of which being Ike and therefore someone that doesn't count against your 10.

sandmanccl
I was talking to the original post of the thread. People have been mentioning cuts he should make, as in who he should drop, but he wouldn't have to if that's all he used.

xanatha
Dark Sage, I've got Leanne's level 20 states: HP - 49 Str - 0 Mag - 30 Skill - 8 Sp - 20 Lck - 50 Def - 8 Res - 48 And this, as you can see, is when being transformed. Right now I'm only on Part 2 - Chapter 2, so I'll write again once I've got Reysons stasts.

xanatha
Leanne got crazy resistence....I probably used have used her. Ok, now I've got both Leanne and Reyson to level 40, and here are their (untransformed) stats: ..............Leanne:.................Reyson: HP - ..........49..........................56 Str - ...........0............................4 Mag - ........15 *cap.................13 *cap Skill - .........4............................7 Sp - ..........10..........................14 Lck - .........50 *cap.................46 Def - ..........4..........................10 Res - ........24..........................23 AS - ..........10.........................14 Avo - .........65.........................104 Ddg - .........50..........................46 I don't know if these three latest are being changed depending on the biorhythm. So, who do you think I should bring, Sir Dark Sage? Edited September 16, 2008 by xanatha
Judge Judy
They are quite good.......maybe I should have not underestimated the Herons. Edited September 16, 2008 by Dark Sage
The Envoy of the Beginning
They are quite good.......maybe I should have not underestimated the Herons. They are the best supporting units in the series. Because they can make more than one unit move again (except an untransformed Reyson), not to mention have other abilities. Judge Judy
I am going to use Reyson on my next playthrough....the only time I ever leveled a Heron was in FE9.

Judge Judy
I would say choose Reyson, because he has higher, HP, Speed and defense.
xanatha
I would say choose Reyson, because he has higher, HP, Speed and defense. Yes... But when Ashera uses her special attacks, is she doing damage with magic or with physical strenght? 'Cause if she uses magic... then magic resistance would be better than defense. The main reason I think you should choose Reyson because of there speed. Reyson got 14 speed so when he transform he has 28 speed I think. xanatha
I have no idea, if Ashera is using magic or physical strenght. Does Lenne have supports with Naesala? Yep. I'm soon done with their second chapter, so they'll have a B-level once I reach the endgame.
Judge Judy
Then I think it comes down to choosing either Reyson because he has good speed OR Lenne cus she has supports with Naesala which would advantageous to both units. May I ask, what's so good with Reyson's speed anyway?
Judge Judy
I still would consider Reyson. His resistence is quite high enough and because he's got good speed when he transform, you don't need to worry about protecting him too much. Never let them in the enemy's attack range. Maybe mages/sages with low damage But sure, I can bring Reyson. He's having a support relation with Tibarn for now.
