Dwarfishh
Have my forces surrender as soon as the enemy sits upon a throne. This! Always confused me. 'Oh god! They have the throne, our endless reinforcements are powerless against them!!!
MRDRHAWK
.....say that the opposing enemy played unfair, Gangrel eh, that didn't really do anything negative for him though
deleted35362
did anyone ever see that video where nergal teleports into eliwood's first chapter and OHKOs him?
AnonymousSpeed
I would make a castle within a tall dome so only people I approve can get in. I will also send anyone caught with non-issued, unapproved or modified weapons/armor to the dungeon without question.
Wayward Winds
I wouldn't allow my minions to pass their weapons/items to the heroes on defeat. Seriously, your friends managed to turn their weapons to dust when they died, why couldn't you? Now I've got a nuisance with an armorslayer attacking my lieutenant. Who's a General. ...Time to experiment with necromancy. A warning to all surviving minions; do that again, and being dead won't save you from my distinct displeasure! Djeets
would not fight the lord on final chapter, gonna face the main lord directly on chapter 1 throne like a man.
AnonymousSpeed
Not send my most powerful generals who can kill anyone's bases to each major city and conquer the continent. If there are neighboring contenents, seem content with you own lot until you can take the snore place in one go.
Knight
Make sure all chests are looted before the hero's arrival.
Seo
If I was a Fire Emblem vilain, I would never let the hero come in my castle with his weapons. And then, cut his head off. Done. :D

Night Zap
If I capture the mysterious young girl who is the only person who can use the divine power necessary to kill the dark god I revived through incest, I will not brainwash her and force her to fight the heroes. Instead, I will execute her immediately.

Dwarfishh
Isn't it best to just repent and switch sides? I mean, it worked for Zelgius right? I'd quit the villaining and start a small Manakete sweatshop manufacturing budget weapons, while masquerading as humble vendor. That's how a real villain works. MRDRHAWK
Not gonna lie, I lost at Manakete sweatshop

AnonymousSpeed
I would have a moat, and a draw bridge, and defend it with ballistae instead of using mountains and crappy Wyvern riders as defense for my castle.
