Yep, they are... D:

I have no chance at topping the US charts.

Nope, not when they're up in the 7000s.

I'm not spending my life like that.

Baka. :3

They have 7000 points because every type of battle you do stacks up with the others.

For example you lose a match in single and you have 1480, then you do doubles and lose there as well and you have 1480+1480 = 2960.

There are 5 types of battles.

So basically people with 7000 points are noobs.

That screen of mine is only for single battle. ;P

The top usa player:

has 20 points more than me.

I'd be ranked 2° in the whole USA. xP

I bet if you were actually in the USA, you'd face tougher opponents

Actually, opponents aren't tied to a certain region. Whether you live in Japan, Italy, or the US, you're opponent will be from somewhere in this world. The ratings just compare him to other Italian players. If he was in America, then yes, he would be second.

this assumes you play at the exact same times as you would in Italy

which is obviously BS

No.

I face Japanese all the time. With higher rank than mine.

And the match up is totally random in every country.

Since I play around 6pm, I should encounter:

- Americans who play at 12.00, but I never find one

- Nerdy japanese who play at 00.00, and there are plenty of those ;w;

It's fun to notice that I'd be 300+ in the japanese ranking.

So I'm not good at all. I'm barely average for japanese people.

Everybody online is so damn good. ;~;

What Level are their Pokemon at when you encounter them at? I never heard anything that they're incredibly strong before.

This is online battling. Everybody defaults to 50 (unless under 50).

EDIT: And then I'm able to beat pretty much every non-Japanese guy. :-/

I DON'T WANT THAT!

...As soon as I'm able to import my Pokémon, I'm going to import all my defensive Pokémon and annoy the heck out of my opponents by stalling like crazy.

TBH i didn't notice the japanese being THAT good. I've won against some of them, and i've lost against some people from other places.

My only prolem is Talonflame with galewings. Fuck that bird. I swear i've won against everyone that didn't have that bird, and lost against almost everyone with it. I bet it's going to OU, despite it's atk not being that high.

Stealth rock is not that viable on a 3x3 match, though. Also, my prpblem with talonflame is that he hits me before i can do anything and he OHKOs my MVP, blaziken, and he 2hkos everyother of my pokemon, so i basically have to let someone die in order to kill him.
