Jave Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 I haven't been able to find any info on this on the calculations page, so here's my question: Is it true that in FE10, the RNG for Mastery Skill activation is drawn before the Hit RNG? VincentASM Posted January 25, 2014 Share Posted January 25, 2014 (edited) I can't say for sure, but it's drawn after Hit in FE9, except for Aether, Astra and Adept. (Lazy to check my sources though, so going off memory here.) So normal skills never miss, per se, but if you don't get a hit in, you'll never trigger the skill.
