Soledai Posted April 5, 2015 Share Posted April 5, 2015 If I were ever to make a game, I want the final dungeon to include a staircase that goes on forever and never ends, and the only way to proceed is to step off the staircase and you'll be in a different area. I dunno, I thought it sounded neat. Did you get moefied? I like long staircases, but would there be some indicator that you're not supposed to traverse the endless stairs? I think there'd probably be a cutscene where the current team is whining about how high they have to climb and maybe stop climbing and you'd see that it goes nowhere or something. Or if you spent 10 minutes climbing it one of your team dudes would be like "Hey, _____? Might wanna take a look at this." oh and when you climb it's as if you're literally going nowhere because it only takes a few steps to get back down no matter what.
