At least, not for the TCG. I'd rather those show how the characters actually look. If somebody did, like an FE7x type prequel, then maybe. For Wolf I don't imagine he'd look different, he's not that old. Maybe there'd be a change of wardrobe, but that's it. Never mind how in FE1 Horsemen were Tier 1. In the case of Minerva en Michalis, they may very well have used dragons from the start, given that they're the Prince and Princess of Medon.
