It's degressive as in the other modern FE games. So that's maybe the reason, why their growths are increased. Is downloaded. Now the installation is in progress. I definitely will need an English patch. Huh? If you got it from the source I told you, it's a .zip. As for English patching, Gensokyo.org is your friend.
