So Mokou, knowing this, decided to take advantage of Kaguya's eternity control as a reason why she couldn't just give them hers and have them go for Kaguya instead. The constraints are that the characters don't already have the strong relationship that the entry prompt is focused on. If they already have a strong relationship of a different kind in canon, then it's fine. As long as the strong relationship that is developed in the entry is unexpected and does not appear in canon, it's fine.
