(And it didn't help that the sidewalk was slopped toward the street sometimes. I never was as grateful for the horrible state of our pavement than today. Cracks make for a great grip for feet on icy terrain. By the time the page was finished 'loading' my answer, your post was already there. No idea why SF is that slow for me.
