His attack goes through the roof, he flies, he becomes resistant to fire once promoted, and he even can sometimes use a special devastating attack (because no kill is overkill). He's not even that glassy, since his def is totally OK and his HP becomes quite high after promotion. ANd if he ever dies, he'll just comes back next battle fully healed. He's simply perfect. Also, I seem to recall that he can get hit pretty hard by those late game enemies. like mid-30 damage or so, unless I just had a DEF screwed Peter, but yeah, he does get a ton of HP indeed.
