I do drink regular coffee, and I've been trying to limit the amount of regular coffee I drink and the time of day so I don't have a tough time going to sleep in the evening. I switch over to decaf coffee when it's around mid afternoon/early evening so the caffeine doesn't keep me from falling asleep at night.
