The main reason why I didn't like it at first was because of the nerfed Avd and lack of Canto. But the game relies a lot on unit formations and straight lines more than yolo tactics on 3+ Star difficulty, which is why I like it a lot more, since you can't be all willy-nilly with your units in early game.
