Because if they had decent growths and x3 bonus against fliers, it would be FE8 all over again. Sniper is on of the best classes in FE11. Snipers are great, but I'm not really using reclass much at all, except to change Lena to Sage so she can use D rank tomes right off the bat. So the main bow units I use are Jeorge and Wolf, because they both have good enough Spd to not get doubled much. And I'll watch it when I get home.
