I did give the energy ring or whatever to Jill so she'd be weighed down less. I don't see how any of that would fix the issues I was having, namely that nobody could hit anything reliably. (seriously people complain about FE6 hit rates, but RD's seem way worse to me) Yeah I dumped him after the first few levels. He seems like he has issues with durability. Even once he was promoted he was dying in like 2 hits to everything.
